Heat soaked railing glass

Product performance: Convective heating by homogenizing furnace (hot dip furnace), to minimize chances of failure due to nickel-sulphide breakages. The hot air flow is parallel to the glass surface and flows smoothly between each glass, so that the nickel sulfide α phase is completely transformed into the low temperature stable β phase, then to avoid glass self explosion.

Heat soaked glass is more safe than normal tempered glass, by reducing breakage of tempered glass from Nickel Sulfide Inclusions (NSI).
